Rock Deliné started his work for the foundation in the beginning of November 2002. As a result of his hard work, he was promoted in 2006, to be the Director of Haitian Operations.

Rock is a strong leader in the community, a member of the Saint Rock Catholic Church, a Father of three wonderful kids, and is very involved with the Saint Rock community.

His nickname is Rock “l’homme à tout faire”.
