Napoleon is a teacher in Durham Public Schools. He has extensive experience in leading transformative programs in both independent and public school settings. Prior to his work at DPSNC, he served as an administrator and diversity coordinator at various independent schools. Napoleon has a BA in African and Afro-American studies from Brandeis and has an M.Ed in curriculum and instruction from Boston College.
