Jean Kenes Eloy has a diploma in general medicine from the Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina (ELAM). He has worked for MSPP, OXfam GB, and Welt Hunger Hilfe. He started working with the Saint Rock Haiti Foundation in May 2008 as a physician. In 2011 he was promoted to the position of medical director.

Kenes loves his country, and dreams to have a better Haiti. He loves being in Saint Rock and has grown his family with the community at Saint Rock.
